Microwave and Optics Applications Group of Faculty of Physics of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens deals with issues of applied electromagnetism in microwave and optical frequencies.  Recent years Group has focused on the study of high frequency and power microwave sources with particular emphasis on Gyrotrons.
